Bookings
All bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. A date is reserved only after a booking advance is paid. Tentative enquiries do not hold a date.
Advance & payments
A booking advance is required to confirm your date, with the balance payable as agreed before the event. Final pricing depends on guest count, date, menu and customisation.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us as early as possible. Advance amounts and any cancellation terms are discussed and agreed at the time of booking.
Use of the venue
Guests are expected to use the venue and facilities responsibly. The hall is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings. Any damage to property may be chargeable.
Vendors & catering
You may use our in-house catering and vendor network or, by prior agreement, your own. Outside arrangements must be discussed in advance.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version applies to new bookings. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Garhwa, Jharkhand, India.
